Alright, well... We'll start at the beginning, okay? You control Pokey. She's the black-haired one.

"Well," I said to my friend, "it looks like this is the end for me..."
"No!" she exclaimed. "I'll fix you right up! With my white flag! Just hold on!"
"You used all of your white flag for the others... I saw you."
"No! That's not true! Look, I'll go get it, and you'll come with me, and... We'll all get out... Together..."
"Jeez, I can tell when you're lying! Besides, it's more of a red flag now, isn't it?"
"No! Come on, Pokey... Live!"
"I'm sorry, but when the time rolls around, there's nothing anyone can do..."
"No! The time's not now!"
"Are you going to let me rest in peace or what?"
"H-Huh?! No! No!"
The world was growing steadily darker, but the shrieks of my friend were still loud in my ears.
"No! No! No! Pokey, you can't leave! No!"
"Dude, shut up..." I murmured.
"No! I-I won't! I'm going to stay with you! And we'll all get out of the mansion! And I won't have to... To..." she broke up into sobs. "We're so far!! I don't want to restart this!"
"Get over this."
"M-Marukaite ch-ch-chikyuu! M-M-Marukaite ch-chikyuu! B-Boku Italyrics!! It's not working! Singing's not working!! I-I... Pokey? Pokey?! Pokey, this isn't funny!!!"

"So," I began, "there really is a mansion here. Why does it seem familiar?"
"Familiar?!" Lyrics said, a bit rushed. "This is our first time here! What are you talking about?"
"Whoa," I said, a bit surprised at her outburst. "I was joking. Trying to make it dramatic, like as if someone kept turning us back in time."
"Oh..." Lyrics laughed, a bit forced. "I get it! As if that could ever happen! Time travel... Yeah right."
"Are we going in or what?" Zer0 asked from the side. "Because if we're not going in, we just wasted three hours walking here.
"Yeah!" Lyrics exclaimed. "Let's go inside! It'll be fun!"
"No!" Jykata protested. "This place is so creepy! Just like a horror movie... We're all going to get locked in there, and some monster is going to chase us... And..."
"Point taken..." I could've sworn I heard Lyrics say.
Zer0 went and opened the door. A cool breeze fluttered over us all, and everyone but Lyrics shivered. She's really not too prone to different climates, so she'll probably shiver later... We all walked in there, Lyrics trying to push Jykata in the mansion.
"Come on," she said. "You know I'm bad in gym! Don't just stand there! Let's go inside!"
"No."
"Well, we'll just leave you here. All alone."
"I'm coming, I'm coming..."
We walked inside, and the door closed behind us. Lyrics shook the handle violently.
"Locked."
"Looks like we're staying a while," I muttered.
Something crashed in a different room. Lyrics laughed a bit nervously. She laughs at jump-scares and her own pain. She's not normal, I know... Whatever... We're all not normal! That would just suck if we were like everyone else. Life would be boring. Anyways, everyone else looked, at the very least, concerned.
"If it bugs you guys that much, why don't I just go check it out?" I offered.
"Great idea!" Lyrics agreed. "We'll just stay here."
"Okay."
I wandered down one of three halls the sound came from. There was a door there, and it was locked. I peeked through the keyhole. Rows and rows of books were there.
"A library..."
I continued walking down the hall to another door. I opened it, and I entered a kitchen. I walked up to the counter, because right next to it, there was a broken plate.
"Is that all the noise was? A broken plate?" I picked up a sharp piece of it, thinking that I could save it for later. "I am so happy I brought this bag..."
"Lyrics!" I heard Zer0 yell from another room.
"Just keep running! Don't give a flying duck about me!"
"Oh, no..." I sighed, thinking it was nothing, really. They got scared because of a broken plate.
I walked back to the entrance, but no one was there. Not anyone. I sighed, knowing they couldn't have gotten too far, but I was annoyed that they'd just ditched me like that... I walked down the hallway to my left. Yet another door! But it wouldn't open, and it didn't have a keyhole... Ah, well... I continued walking up the hall, and then, there. At the end of the hall, I saw a monster. It was a sickly green color, and had black, beady eyes that seemed to stare into my soul. I was frozen in place. Too shocked to even scream. We just stared at each other for what felt like forever... And then, it turned around and left into the room behind it. When I felt as though I was able to move, I ran back down through the hall, and ran up the stairs. I ran to the farthest room on the left, and sat down on the bed. I flopped back on the bed, and felt something hard on my back.
"Jykata's amethyst..."
I'd return it later when I had the time.
Part 2: jYKaTa aNd Zer0
So scared...
I'm completely paranoid...
No mistakes so far... But there's still time for plenty of those...

I'd found Jykata's amethyst.
"Alright, now I know they're still in this building! At least they didn't ditch me..."
I exited the room, feeling re-empowered, and started my search for my friends.
"Where would Jykata run to?" This entire situation made me re-think my status with my friends. But, then again, who'd ever ask their friend, 'If you got stuck in a creepy <nobr>mansion</nobr> with a monster in it, where would you hide'?
I opened the only door on the right, and I heard heavy breathing from the closet. I opened the curtain, revealing an utterly terrified-looking Jykata.
"Jykata! What happened?!"
She was shivering with fear.
"I can see I'm getting nowhere with this... I'll find some water, then come back. Okay?"
I left the room, not knowing where I'd find some water. <nobr>Wait</nobr>! In the hall, where the monster was, weren't there another door? And, didn't that door look like a bathroom door?! Yes! I believe it did! I ran back down the stairs, and turned the two corners and then wound up at the hallway. To my relief, the monster wasn't awaiting me anymore. I walked into the bathroom, and saw that there were taps. For some reason, they were already <nobr>running</nobr>. I didn't want to trust the taps, but I didn't want to give Jykata toilet water... I filled up a cup conveniently left on the counter beside the tap, and then ran back up to the room. The curtain had been replaced by a thick iron door.
"Jykata?" I asked. "I brought you some water..."
I heaved open the door and saw Jykata still shivering there. I handed her the water and she drank it.
"You sure that was water?" she asked me.
"Judging by the color and the fact that it came from the sink, probably."
"Real promising. Did you find Lyrics or Zer0?"
"I've barely had the chance to look!"
"R-Right... I hate to bother you, but... I'm hungry, too... Can you get me something to eat?"
"What?! Where am I supposed to find food in this place?!"
"Please..."
"Alright, alright... I'll look for some food... But don't get your hopes up!"
"Thank you! Oh, and take this key! It opens a door on the first floor. If you look really closely, it says 'Library Key' on the side."
She shut the iron door and I left. Where was I going to find food in this place?! The kitchen smelled like rot, so not there... I wandered downstairs, to check out the library. I put the key in the hole, and then pushed open the door. Inside, there were, as predicted, rows and rows of books. But, something unnoticed was there, too. A table. It had books on it, like some kind of study group, and two other things. A sandwich and a katana. I kept them both for myself because, one, the sandwich had no butter on it, and I liked the hold of the katana. I tried to get out, but I'd dropped the key! I ran back to the table, and grabbed it. I turned around, and it was there. The thing. It was really, really fast, and it fought me.
I Cursed it, then I hit it repeatedly with my new katana. I used it as if I'd used it before, which I hadn't, and kept hitting it and hitting it. It hit me about twice, and then it faded away. It literally faded away into thin air. I ran out of the room in a hurry, then went back up to see Jykata.
"Jykata, I have a sandwich."
"Does it have butter?"
"No..."
"Then I won't eat it!"
I sighed, and walked back downstairs. I decided I'd head back to the library, one last time. When I got there, there was a key, just sitting there in the middle of the floor. I picked it up.
"Must've missed this..."
I ran back upstairs, as I realized I'd hardly explored this four-story mansion. I walked down the hall, and then turned left, to a locked door. I tried the key that I had gotten from the library about a minute ago, and it worked! I opened it up, and I saw a paranoid-looking blonde.
"Zer0?!" I asked, locking the door behind me.
She whipped around, a huge sword in her hands.
"Who are you- Oh, hi Pokey!" She put the sword in the sheath in her belt that I'd never seen before in my life. "Sorry... I've just been so paranoid lately; I'm afraid that that monster is going to come and kill me or something... You think I'm crazy, don't you?"
"No, I know what you're talking about. I fought the monster."
"You what?!" Zer0 grabbed onto my shoulders, and started shaking me. "How?!"
"I used the katana!" I pushed her hands off me. "Come on... Jykata's worried about you, okay?"
"Alright."
"Oh, yeah! She's hungry, too."
"Well, I found some eating mushrooms coated in butter."
"Perfect! Let's go."
We ran back to the room Jykata was in.
"We have some buttered mushrooms!"
Jykata ran out of the closet on her own.
"Butter and Zer0! Yay~! Where's Lyrics?"
"Um... Well, we haven't found her yet..." Zer0 said.
"What if the monster got her?!"
"No!" I replied. "She's fast when she wants to be..."
"But the monster specifically went after her! We saw it! Right, Zer0?"
"Yeah..." Zer0 said thoughtfully. "I even remember yelling, 'Lyrics!', and she replied, 'Don't give a flying duck about me, just run!'"
"I heard you from the kitchen," I told them. "I guess we need to find Lyrics now."
